- 08/2024: My abstract “Accurate localization of seizure onset zone using Multiscale Neural Model Inversion of resting-state functional MRI” was accepted by for a presentation at the 2024 Annual Meeting of the American Epilepsy Society.
- 06/2024: I attended OHBM 2024 Annual Meeting and presented my poster “A large multiscale neural model inversion framework for quantifying excitation-inhibition balance” in Seoul, Korea.
- 06/2024: My paper “Development of effective connectome from infancy to adolescence” was accepted for presentation/publication by MICCAI 2024.
- 09/2023: I was awarded a R21 grant by National Institute of Aging of NIH (total cost: $275,000)! The grant title is “Accurate and individualized prediction of excitation-inhibition imbalance in Alzheimer’s disease using data-driven neural model”.

- 10/2019: My study “Multiscale modeling of intra-regional and inter-regional connectivities and their alterations in major depressive disorder” has been selected to be included in the press releases for the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) 2019 Annual Meeting.
- 06/2019: My paper “Identification of abnormal circuit dynamics in major depressive disorder via multiscale neural modeling of resting-state fMRI” was accepted by the International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI), Shenzhen, Oct 13-17, China. MICCAI is one of the major international conferences in medical imaging and computer assisted intervention (accepted rate: ~30%).
