  • 09/2024: I was promoted to Assistant Professor (tenure-track) in the Department of Radiology effective 9/5/2024!
  • 06/2024: I attended OHBM 2024 Annual Meeting and presented my poster “A large multiscale neural model inversion framework for quantifying excitation-inhibition balance” in Seoul, Korea.
  • 09/2023: I was awarded a R21 grant by National Institute of Aging of NIH (total cost: $275,000)! The grant title is “Accurate and individualized prediction of excitation-inhibition imbalance in Alzheimer’s disease using data-driven neural model”.
  • 07/2023: I attended OHBM 2023 Annual Meeting and presented my poster “Effective connectome over the human lifespan” in Seoul, Korea (selected for oral presentation).
  • 08/2022: My abstract “Charting excitation-inhibition balance over the human lifespan” was accepted by for a presentation at the 2022 Society for Neuroscience Annual Meeting.
  • 03/2022: My abstract “Cortical hierarchy in the infant brain revealed by a large-scale neural circuit model” was accepted by for a presentation at the 2022 OHBM Annual Meeting.

  • 10/2019: My paper “Large-scale dynamic causal modeling of major depressive disorder based on Resting-state fMRI” has been accepted for publication in Human Brain Mapping. Human Brain Mapping is one of the major journals in the field of neuroimaging and neuroscience.
